Recruitment Specialist
Job Description:
The Recruitment Specialist at AFNI plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and engaging work environment by promoting and managing the Employee Referral Program. This role is responsible for driving innovative strategies to enhance referral rates, organizing impactful recruitment events, and ensuring the seamless integration of referred candidates into the hiring pipeline.
The Recruitment Specialist at AFNI is responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires.
This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring excellent candidate experience.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Talent, Sourcing, and Attraction
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Create engagement activities to generate referrals.
• Develop sourcing strategies to improve leads.
2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, availability, and interest in the role, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer skills assessments or other evaluation tools as needed.
3. Interview Coordination and Facilitation
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and selection teams.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
1. Education
• High School (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred).
2. Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Experience in high-volume hiring, especially in organizations with 300+ employees, is highly advantageous.
• Experience in creating engagement activities to generate referrals.
• Experience in creating sourcing strategies to improve leads.
• Creativeness in finding ways to improve the number of candidates.
3. Skills and Competencies
• Strong initiative, creativity, and motivation to drive recruitment success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
