We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our recruitment operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruitment operations, with a proven track record of hiring in Mexico, preferably in Monterrey.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment operations team to achieve hiring goals.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage large-scale recruitment projects, particularly in BPO or contact center environments.
Collaborate with international teams: Work closely with team members located in various geographical regions to achieve project goals and ensure seamless communication and coordination across different time zones.
Sourcing Responsibilities:
Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to ensure a steady flow of potential hires.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and local labor market conditions. Use this information to inform sourcing strategies and stay competitive.
Candidate Screening: Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment team members and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and tailor sourcing efforts accordingly. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and challenges.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve sourcing processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
Proven experience in hiring in Mexico, with a preference for Monterrey.
Strong background in sourcing and recruitment operations.
Demonstrated tenure in a leading role for several years.
Extensive experience in BPO or contact center recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills and experience in large-scale recruitment.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, managing 200+ hires per month.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with multinational organizations and supporting teams across various regions.
Experience in process automation under Candidate Screening
Experience in Recruitment Marketing Sourcing (Preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of local labor market trends and best practices.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
