ALTEN Mexico, a global leader in engineering and technology solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Treasurer for North America. With over 30 years of industry leadership and a presence in 30 countries, we specialize in providing innovative engineering solutions across various sectors including Automotive, Energy, Aeronautics, Banking, Telecommunications, and Rail.

As the Regional Treasurer for North America you will reporting to the International Treasury of Group Treasury as well as the Financial Department of Alten Ingenieria Mexico, you are responsible for providing operational support to Alten entities based in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will work directly with the teams in these entities, the Group

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance .
• 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position within a large company.
• Proficiency in treasury management software (ideally Kyriba).
• Knowledge of an ERP system.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Mandatory).

Treasury teams primarily based in Europe, and the treasury management software provider Kyriba, which handles all operations.

Your Missions Include:

Activities:

• Ensuring the proper execution of payments within Kyriba in relation to all business stakeholders.
• Managing and resolving payment incidents in coordination with the Group Treasury teams, banks, and the support center of the software provider based in the United States.
• Consolidating, controlling, and entering all cash forecasts into Kyriba to ensure the smooth operation of USD and CAD cash pooling and the operational continuity of Alten entities.
• Reconciling flows while ensuring a sufficient level of control (e.g., abnormal flows, bank fees, current accounts).
• Acting as the point of contact for Group Treasury regarding treasury or payment issues for Alten entities within the scope.
• Handling the opening and closing of bank accounts as well as setting up the necessary banking services for operations.
• Maintaining, controlling, and updating the list of Kyriba users within the scope, in relation to updating banking powers.
• Participating in the administration of electronic banking tool within the scope (if necessary).
• Contributing to the implementation of Kyriba software within the scope and to the continuous improvement of payment and treasury processes.
• Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on bank fees.
