For our LATAM and AMMEGA Human Resources team, we are currently looking for a Head of HR - LATAM.
As a Head of HR LATAM, you will be responsible for HR including staffing/recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, salary administration, HRIS maintenance, employee relations, business partnership, performance management, recordkeeping and training. You will be the HR Business Partner to VP/GM LATAM and General Managers working to solve organizational and people issues throughout the Cluster.
You will manage a team of six HR professionals in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico and report directly to the VP HR - Americas. The position is in Guadalajara, Mexico.

A day in the life of a Head of HR - LATAM can look like:
- Harmonizing and implementing policies and procedures to AMMEGA best practices for HR and safety
- Coordinating regular meetings with business contacts for human resources and safety to cascade and implement programs
- Communicating with employees and vendors to resolve any issues
- Managing recruitment process, ensuring positive and efficient experience to meet business needs
- Drafting and communicating key messages to employees and is a company ambassador
- Coordinating new employee onboarding and maintaining training records and offboarding and exit interviews, building strategics to resolve trends
- Completing compensation and market surveys and ad-hoc reporting as required
- Leading employee investigations related to safety and code of conduct
- Organizing training and development and teambuilding
- Consolidating metrics for Cluster, demonstrating understanding of the key takeaways
- Managing and developing the team by maximizing capabilities and leveraging skills
We are looking for you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
- Minimum 5 years in HR generalist role in manufacturing
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in matrix organization
- Excellent computer and analytical skills - MS Word, Excel, PPT
- Prior experience with HRIS and report writing
- Able to travel 25%
- English/Spanish bilingual required, certified HR professional preferred
