GENERAL SUMMARY

This position will support the Human Resources Director in implementing and fulfilling the strategy, supporting personnel administration, managing internal projects and initiatives, supporting internal communication, pre-payroll and organizational development to achieve employee satisfaction.

• 7+ years of related work experience
• Ability to work with all levels of individuals and teams across an organization
• Good reporting and communication skills 
• Experience managing unionized workers (blue collars)
• Mexican Federal Labor law knowledge
