VAVE Leader:
Responsible for leading value analysis and value engineering initiatives to optimize product design, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent analytical skills, and experience with VAVE methodologies.

Competencies and required skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Good english skills (written and oral)
Computer skills (MS Office)
3+ years of experience in VAVE, engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of VAVE methodologies and tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with product design, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and cost reduction initiatives
Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and teams

General Functions

Meet annual savings target
Lead VAVE workshops and teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Conduct detailed analyses of product design, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement VAVE recommendations
Develop and maintain documentation, including VAVE reports, proposals, and presentations
Work with suppliers to negotiate cost reductions and implement design changes
Identify and implement best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
