Position Purpose Review and analyze the current operational processes of the store, focusing on making improvements within the processes planning and successfully implementing the related projects, Interaction with different levels within the organization to inform the progress of the projects until their completion, management of guides and operating procedures, research in innovation of new trends in retail service, support in operations support management functions such as: management of store hours, operational hierarchies and alignments, store opening codes, general store configurations related to the operation and contest administration
Primary Accountabilities - Propose and make improvements within the current operational processes of the store through analysis, planning and successfully implementing projects, coordinating change management, as well as defining and monitoring measurement controls, effectively communicating the results to decision-making and management of guidelines and operating procedures related to store operations derived from changes by projects.
- Responsible for the administration of store hours, operational hierarchies and alignments, store opening codes, general store configurations related to the operation, as well as the management of the execution of inventory administration and administration of contests.
- Consultant to other CAT departments in projects with an impact on store operation and / or customer service, managing their correct implementation.
Education & Experience Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Engineering, Business
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
