Summary: Skilled Content Support Analyst Sr./Data Management is responsible for analyzing content data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Will work closely with the Content Support Coordinator / Data Management and other team members to develop and maintain content policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and maintained.
Responsibilities:
30% Policies and Procedures
• Implement content data control policies and procedures
• Establish guidelines for content creation to ensure the correct display across the channels
30% Lifecycle Management
• Analyze and find areas of opportunity in guideline standards to display across the channels; maintain inventory of enterprise information maps, workflows, systems, and owners
• Conduct business audits to ensure best practice and legal frameworks are followed with regards to data control.
20% Regulations and Guidelines
• Assess and identify risks in line with the data control risk approach; ensure they are mitigated within the data control plan.
10% KPIs and Reporting
• Calculates content metrics to monitor the effectiveness of content policies and procedures.
10% Content Requirements
• Assist the SME to collaborate with business units and merchandising teams to understand and gather content requirements. Requirements:
• Level of formal education: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Area of study: Automotive or Mechanical engineering, Computer science, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related field of study
• Years of experience: 2-3 years
• Type of experience:
- A good understanding of information management practices including information lifecycle management, data modelling, master data management and carrying out business audits and requirements gathering
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of data control policies and procedures - Knowledge of automotive industry leading data quality and standards (AutoCare)
- Auto parts knowledge and computer skills
- Intermediate Excel
- Proficiency running reports
- Great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
• Other/preferred: - Analytical, project management & organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Jira and Agile methodology is a plus
• Communication skills
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certificates, Licenses and Registrations - ASE P2 or AMPSAS certifications are desirable
