As a Senior Specialist Sales Planning & Steering, you will be responsible of sales reporting for business steering, as well as the monitoring of the sales financials and coordinate internal activities to reduce budget deviations.

Senior Specialist Sales Planning & Steering.
As a Senior Specialist Sales Planning & Steering, you will be responsible of sales reporting for business steering, as well as the monitoring of the sales financials and coordinate internal activities to reduce budget deviations.
Responsibilities.
- Budget Planning and FC Sales Figures (bookings, pen rate, NBV, GPI, GPII, OpEx), and PCII Calculation with Controlling premises.
- Execution of all the month-end closing activities including local and central reporting.
- Sales reporting including KPIs (both quantitative and qualitative) to support Area Managers. (e.g., campaigns back testing, daily bookings, stock Vs apps, tracker/approved not booked).
- Execution of benchmark (competitor analysis) regarding the financial offer within the premium segment and banks (rates for new and used cars, rates for ICE and XVs, commissions, sales promotion, incentives, etc.) in coordination with Controlling/BI and external sources to ensure market and brand adequate price positioning.
- Definition of target setting for the dealers (bookings, pen rate, NBV) and obtaining approval from Controlling.
- Proposing process improvements / automations regarding all the reporting.
Qualifications and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Actuarial Sciences or Business Administration.
- +3 years of experience in Financial Services
- Desirable experience in the Automotive Industry related to Financial Services activities.
- Fluent in English language.
- Advanced Excel (e.g., macros)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
