About the role
Clinical Role:
Assist the Clinical department and the hospital research team during the conduct of the study, as well as after the procedure, in all study-required data collection, including but not limited to adverse and serious adverse events reporting, source data collection, etc.
Device Management: Monitor inventory levels, initiate logistics, i.e. shipments and movement tracking of investigational products according to regulatory and company guidelines. Monitor the levels and expiration dates of investigational product in the field. Coordinate communication between internal and external customers to facilitate return of product.
Education/Training Role:
Assist in the development of the training plans/materials. This includes but is not limited to hands-on training such as simulated procedures and SIM models, as well as training materials development and preparation.
Educate and train physicians in all Urology therapies, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to the company products by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, and seminars and/or outside symposiums. Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
Sales Support:
Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level. Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition's strengths and weaknesses.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
The position requires presence at Operating room to support Urology surgery services and follow up to patients, physician, nurses and medical administrators.
Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking and problem solving.
Executes key account plans to achieve & deliver sales quota and overall goals.
Executes territory sales plans and strategy in line with the Business Territory Manager to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers in private as well as public Hospitals.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals & distributors.
Position based in Tijuana, travel and responsibility of BCN, BCS, Sonora and Sinaloa
Develops and executes action plan for each customer.
Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance etc..) to resolve customer requests.
What we are looking for in you
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering / medicine / Biomechanical engineer. Other careers are accepted as long as the candidate complies with the profile of the position.
The candidate should have a college degree and job experience of at least 4 - 5 years in companies related to medical devices as field clinical specialties, promoter, technician, sales.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Must demonstrate a technical aptitude, and ability to discuss & explain complex technical product information.
English (advanced level) spoken and written.
