Role: Business Analyst
Location Requirement: Guadalajara (Hybrid)
What Does success mean in this role?
Responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
• Project Scope Definition: Define the project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analysis: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation, with a focus on Pixel Migration and ReactJS Web Applications.
• SEO Optimization: Ensure all projects comply with SEO best practices, enhancing the visibility and performance of web applications.
• Google Tag Manager: Implement and manage Google Tag Manager configurations to track and analyze web traffic and user behavior.
• Testing and Validation: Work closely with the QA team to ensure the developed software meets business requirements and is free of defects.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Software Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Pixel Migration and ReactJS Web Applications.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and a strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and user stories.
• Familiarity with CCPA compliance standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with other web analytics tools and technologies.
