POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Network Development Manager (Latin America & Central America) will play a critical role in expanding BRP's presence and market share throughout the region. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in network development and a passion for the powersports industry.
- Increase market share for BRP products in Latin America and Central America.
- Expand the BRP dealer network through strategic recruitment and onboarding.
- Improve dealer performance and profitability through effective network governance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements across the region.
- Foster a high-performing and collaborative Network Development team.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks for the distributor network across Latin America and Central America.
- Manage distributor contracts, ensuring compliance with BRP's guidelines and policies.
- Oversee dealer performance using data and analytics tools like DMS (Dealer Management System), dashboards, and reports.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and market trends.
- Manage and resolve conflicts between distributors and BRP, seeking fair and mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in each country of the region.
- Develop and implement market growth strategies for BRP products in Latin America and Central America.
- Analyze market data, identify trends, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage BRP Standard Dealer Projects and initiatives aimed at brand awareness and market expansion, such as marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prospect and onboard new dealers to the BRP network, expanding the company's presence in the region.
- Assist the sales team in identifying network optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with other areas of the company, such as marketing, product, and development, to drive market growth.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven track record of implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and cultures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and dealership management systems (DMS).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a network development or similar role within the automotive, marine, or powersports industry.
Language:
- Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
- English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
- Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
