OBJECTIVE:
Responsible of the production of the prefabrication and paint area for the SSV production in Jrz, the general supervisor has to lead a team of supervisor to ensure the quality and efficiency of the products delivered internally.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other engineering degree.
• Other certification related to Lean manufacturing is a plus as well as a master degree.
  
  EXPERIENCE
• 5-10 years in a manufacturing (Operation, engineering, quality...)
• Language (Spoken and written):
• Spanish 100%
• English 80% min
  
  SKILLS
• Excel, power point, word (Microsoft suite)
• Good with numbers and Kpi
• Present and communicate effectively the information

  MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
  -Manage the production activities to deliver products on time and quality to meet KPI with all areas involved.
  -Lead, ensure and maintain an environment in compliance with Health and Safety standards.
  -Develop and maintain a strong Lean manufacturing mindset and behaviors in all levels of the team.
  -Responsible for the cost effectiveness and budget performance of the department.
