Descripción
A Sell Out Supervisor plays a key role in driving sales directly to consumers at retail points of sale. The position involves overseeing sales teams, optimizing product placement, and ensuring that sales targets are met, supervise the performance of the activities of the points of sale in charge to ensure the achievement of the Sell Out objectives of the brands: Chanel and Premium Brands.

- Trends of each store
Customer loyalty.
What are we looking for?
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision:
- Oversee and manage the sales team at various retail locations, including sales promoters, demonstrators, and store associates.
- Maintains open and constant communication.
- Negotiates special (non-promotional) spaces in the Portal.
- Negotiates the change and relocation of personnel.
Training and Development:
- Verify the performance of the personnel in the points of sale under his charge, to ensure the achievement of the Sell Out objectives (Department stores, and Independent Customers, Ultrafemme) according to the guidelines of visibility, image, and service of Versailles.
- To standardize the processes to the local market.
- According to the priorities and needs of the department store, elaborates a route of programmed and surprise visits to the Points of Sales.
- Verifies that the staff complies with:
- The use of uniform (style code).
- Schedule
- Cleanliness
- Verifies sales achievement and detects areas of opportunity.
- Provides feedback to the demonstrators.
- Delivers documentation and work tools to staff.
- Communicates new marketing plans for implementation.
- Verifies that event staff arrives on time and knows their responsibilities and objectives.
- Provides troubleshooting support.
- Constant verification of product pricing.
Merchandising:
- Verify that there are the necessary resources and adequate merchandising at the points of sale to drive sales (Department stores and Independent Customers in the assigned area) for Launches, promotions, and special events.
- Attends point of sale and verifies that the image on the counters is up to date and correct (cleanliness and maintenance).
- Reviews the sales book and inventory book.
- If any merchandising material is needed, request it.
- Verify that each point of sale has:
- Sufficient inventory of each brand and line.
- Sufficient POS material to support the sale.
- In case of needing more merchandise inventories due to high demand or low stock, report it to the KAM for assortment:
- - Generates transfers between stores in the same chain.
- Ensures the correct arrangement of merchandise according to merchandising guidelines.
- Monitors competitor's actions to detect opportunities and threats to take actions.
- Prepare supervision reports and check lists informing the Regional Manager to solve deviations.
- The work performed in POS is supported with photographs:
- Merchandising.
- Updating of visuals.
- Monitoring of competition.
- Animations and launches.
Inventory Management:
- Analyze inventories and merchandise stock by reference and store to have a complete and healthy inventory at each point of sale (Department stores and Independent Customers in the assigned area). Review the inventory ledger.
- Analyze:
- That the catalog is complete.
- Displacement
- Trends of each store
- Generate suggested orders for authorization.
Customer loyalty.
- Verify the continuous follow-up of Beaute - P.H. and Liverpool point customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Verify customer tracking for each file.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within retail, , or a related industry.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a focus on results. Proficiency in Excel and sales management software.
- Willingness to Travel: Depending on the location of retail stores, travel between different points of sale may be required.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the market, promotion, promotional strategies.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Must be an organized team player with solid interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, team player, strong at collaborative working relationships.
- Fluency in English & Spanish is a must have, French is a plus.
