Job Description
Recruiting:
- Specific selection of required profiles with HR Business Partner (e.g., vacancy request, remuneration structure, specifications)
- Creating/setting job applications considering target group-specific corporate wording
Sourcing:
- Recruiting activities
- Selection of suitable sourcing channels
- Support for innovative recruiting methods
Screening:
- Paper-based preselection of incoming applications (completeness and quality/plausibility of application documents)
- Collection of missing documents (e.g., diplomas, certificates)
Preselection/Selection:
- Selection of candidates and setting up a shortlist
- Execution of telephone and job interviews
- Evaluation and adjustment of selection tools
- Organization, planning, and execution of assessment centers
Others:
- Participation in recruiting events
- Cooperation in EB&R projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: Administration, Human Resources or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting
- Knowledge:
- Recruiting processes
- ATS tools
- MS Office programs
- Advanced English (No mandatory)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Assertiveness and problem-solving ability
