Role Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to ensure a flawless and efficient experience for couriers and users.
Drive key projects focused on expanding delivery services to new countries.
Develop and enhance an intuitive courier shopping experience.
Collaborate with the Product, Groceries, and Delivery teams to streamline operations.
Design and implement solutions to simplify complex logistical challenges.
Support the growth of multiple verticals, including pharmacy, liquor stores, and meat shops.
Analyze data and trends to continuously improve delivery processes and user satisfaction.
Play a pivotal role in the overall growth and scalability of our delivery operations.
Role Qualifications
Years of Experience: 4+
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering
Soft Skills: Collaboration, Project Management, Written Communication
Hard Skills: Data Analytics, SQL (nice to have)
