Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineer to ensure that our manufacturing processes and products meet the highest quality standards. This role is critical in driving quality assurance, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field)
• At least 10 years of overall work experience in manufacturing environments
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role
• Experience in the metal-mechanical industry (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of:
• Quality management systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
• 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa)
• Control plans and inspection standards
• Advanced English (mandatory) – capable of effective communication with international clients and teams
• Experience managing internal and external audits
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
