We are looking for:

Sales Coordinator (apply with your resume in English).

Profile:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration / Logistics / International Business.
• Minimum 1 year experience in international business.
• Skills: Teamwork collaborate for results, effective communication, planning, negotiation, honesty, problem solving, responsibility, innovation, decision making (operational).
• Advanced English.
• Availability to travel for Training (Austria).

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing and classifying customer inquiries and creating quotations.
• Supporting the field sales team with the processing of specifications/requirements documents.
• Approving incoming customer orders and changes.
• Managing and monitoring order processing (process steps).
• Commercial order clarification (delivery and payment commission calculations).
• Approving delivery and invoicing.
• Supporting the organization and execution of customer trials.
• Planning and conducting customer visits/inspections at the ENGEL plant(s).
• Conducting quotations, order discussions, and negotiations with customers (business trips).
• Providing feedback and suggestions on price list topics.
• Participating in system improvements (eVIS, IT solutions).
