We are looking for Assembly Manager.

Profile:

• Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Maintenace or similar.
• 5 years of experience as a leader.
• Production, Assembly experience.
• Skills: Adaptability to change, Change Management, Leadership and Process Supervision, Leadership and People Development.
• Advance English.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management Lead, train, and mentor a team of assembly/startup technicians in order to achieve a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Supervise Assembly Operations Lead daily assembly activities, ensuring adherence to assembly schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve assembly quality.
• Quality Assurance Ensure all assembled machines and sub-assemblies meet ENGEL's quality standards and customer specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations of the assembly operations.
