Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and handling of SAP GL
• Advanced English

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the operational performance of the services under your responsibility (ensure the service is available and restore it if something fails).
• Manage services for different products and functional features, derived from the industry practices in which we operate.
• Systemic approach to identify impacts on different service components.
• Manage the area's results and service performance through the design of individual and group indicators, and production reporting, with the goal of identifying opportunities to improve or correct the service.
• Implement new services according to established methodologies based on designs agreed upon by the transformation and practices area, with the goal of ensuring compliance with operational standards and practices.
