The Latin America Area Manager will be required to reach the student recruitment and engagement targets of Istituto Marangoni, as defined by the Digital & Sales Director, through the management of a local admissions team and a portfolio of regional agencies, always in contact with Headquarters and the respective Schools. Key responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, brand awareness and visibility development activities, lead generation activities, agency relationships and training, CRM management, and overall development of direct student acquisition channels, as well as the University Partnership agreements.

- To be responsible for the local Representative Offices located in Mexico City and Sao Paolo, and for the local Information Center office located in Mexico City.
- To strategize, update, and implement the commercial strategy for student enrollments through the different acquisition channels in the assigned area, by the Corporate Digital & Sales Director of Istituto Marangoni.
- To develop and execute successful recruitment campaigns (both online and offline) to promote programs of the assigned Schools.
- To be responsible for the development of yearly communications and marketing strategy plans in the assigned area in cooperation with Headquarters.
- To constantly monitor enrollment performance to propose distinct sales and marketing actions to meet the goals, close the gaps, and improve results by reducing the CpS (cost-per-student) while increasing the RpS (revenue-per-student) indicators.
- To maintain contacts with consulates and embassies abroad (United Kingdom, France, and Italy) aimed at making the student visa application processes fluent and efficient.
- To provide support to Headquarters in developing new partnerships with High Schools and universities.
- To attend fairs and promotional events on behalf of the assigned Schools.
- To provide up-to-date orientation and information to prospective students and their relatives to increase direct enrollments, creating full awareness of the assigned School and its procedures.
- To be the reference person for Headquarters and all the EMEA Schools in managing relationships with agencies to ensure that the assigned Schools' communication and brand image requirements are met.
- To provide agencies with constant program training and business support, maintaining high-quality standards in the relationship with partners.
- To provide effective, circumstantial, and timely analysis to Headquarters about market opportunities, competition, and pricing directions.
- To provide support in developing Headquarters projects (new openings, partnerships, etc.).
- To prepare accurate and detailed monthly reports for Headquarters.
- To monitor the Mexico RO - P&L and collaborate with the administrative consultant to achieve economic results while respecting Headquarters Financial & Administrative deadlines.
- To support the Headquarters Finance Department during the budget and forecast process.
- To ensure the management of resources under his/her responsibility, fostering their professional growth and the development of their skills; plans and organizes their work and activities and assigns new projects.
- To ensure compliance with company policies, the ethical code, and procedures; actively supports change management and innovation initiatives; ensures that all documentation is correctly updated and archived on an ongoing basis.
Education & skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics or similar.
- At least 5/7 years of experience in a sales environment.
- Previous experience in the luxury/fashion industry or Higher Education is a plus.
- Language capabilities: excellent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities (with advanced Excel capabilities and experience in monitoring/reporting results and data to top management).
- Strong understanding of the market and customers' requirements.
- Proactivity, people management and outstanding leadership soft skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for building client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
- Problem-solving attitude, proactivity and data-driven approach.
