We are looking for a detail-oriented PTP Analyst to support our accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in invoice processing and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• ? Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and post PO and Non-PO invoices in compliance with internal policies.
• ?? Account Reconciliation: Perform account balance reviews and journal entry creation.
• ?? Audit Support: Provide accurate documentation and support for internal and external audits.
• ?? Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• ?? SOP Creation: Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures to enhance process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PTP or Accounts Payable.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing workflows.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Intermediate English (preferred).
