Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role plays a key part in enabling strategic decision-making through timely and insightful financial reporting, dynamic dashboards, and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Design dynamic dashboards to monitor key business and financial KPIs.
• Assist in generating AR Aging, Sales Registers, Unapplied Cash & Credits reports.
• Support monthly AR closing activities with accurate journal entries.
• Translate complex data into compelling visual insights: charts, infographics, metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments for data integration and automation.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal reporting standards.
• Drive improvements and standardization in financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

? 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or analytics

? Strong knowledge of US GAAP (IFRS knowledge is a plus)

? Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems (ideally OneStream)

? Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation

? Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and team leadership

? English: Advanced Level
