Qualifications:

· Currently studying 6th or 7th Semester in the following careers: IMA, IIA, IM, IQA, etc.

· Availability to do an internship in Apodaca and be able to cover the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM- 2:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

· Intermediate Excel and Word Skills

· Conversational English (preferred)

Objective: Support to the Process and Manufacturing Engineer in the implementation and development of new projects. Also, provide improvement ideas, standardization of processes, ensure the quality of our products and safety of our collaborators to contribute to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Production

· Closure of activities relevant to Process Engineering and Manufacturing.

· Diffusion of HO, AV generated by Process Engineering and Manufacturing.

· Development of improvements within the production line.

2. Manufacturing

· Taking of times in the manufacturing process

· Creation of flowcharts in manufacturing

· Modification of manufacturing processes based on a specific requirement

· Documentation of manufacturing processes

3. Cost reduction and improvements to the manufacturing process

· Look for an area of opportunity where there may be savings due to the change of some component, material or part of the process

· Execution of savings projects based on the principles of lean manufacturing

· Improve processes considering quality, safety and compliance on delivery dates

4. Tools and skills

· Assignment and updating of tools for each manufacturing process

· Assignment of tools for new designs or process changes required by the product

5. Provide assistance to the departments of EHS and Quality
