YOUR TASKS- Analyzing technical customer
requirements concerning electronic quality topics and ensuring they are
implemented within the product engineering process (PEP)
- Performing reviews and
assessments to ensure process compliance towards internal and external
automotive standards and customer requirements for system integration
- Defining the project-specific
quality strategy including quality targets and milestones in agreement
with product development and maintaining the quality manual
- Carrying out risk assessment
based on customer quality requirements (requirement specifications or
general customer requirements) for system integration using existing
processes and methods; identify critical quality requirements and
reliability risks and as deriving alternatives
- Preparing regular quality
status reports in cooperation with the superior to support and inform the
respective management levels
- Coordinating root cause
analysis, definition of corrective and preventative actions including
effectiveness check after implementation
- Managing customer quality
interface for system electronic topics
- Preparing and supporting
customer assessments and audits, project reviews and project audits
- Verifying availability and
feasibility of system architecture, thermal situation, and EMC concept
- Integrate
test items for electrical, functional and EMC qualifications tests into
lamp DVP&R
- Negotiate
EMC report and electric topics of DVP with the Customer
- Follow
up electrical, functional and EMC qualification tests on system level
incl. support for PSCS in case of NOK
- Follow
up MIA and D-FMEA on product level for electrical items like electrical
functionality, EMC etc.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in
electronics or mechatronics engineering
- 4+ years of related experience
in electronics testing and system integration
- Experienced in system
requirements analysis
- Good understanding of
interaction between electronic systems regarding EMC and electronic
functions
- Experience in project and
quality management desired
- Knowledge on quality core tools
such as FMEA, problem solving methods, DMAIC
- Basic knowledge of type
approval relevant norms desired
- Ability to adopt quickly to new environment, stress
resistant
- Coordinating root cause analysis, definition of corrective and preventative actions including effectiveness
check after implementation - Knowledge in product development processes and project management (desirable)
- Excellent verbal,
written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional time
management skills, listening and analytical skills.
- Commitment to achieve
deadlines provided and result oriented.
