We are seeking a Sales Specialist who excels in a dynamic environment and possesses strong cold calling skills. The ideal candidate will manage an initial volume of 250 calls daily, with the goal of reaching 500 calls per day within a month of starting. While prior experience in finance sales, especially in factoring, and proficiency in cold calling is preferred, we are open to training individuals who exhibit enthusiasm and potential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to potential clients.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of financial products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed predefined sales targets and contribute to overall organizational objectives.
- Adhere rigorously to the company's sales process and diligently update CRM systems with relevant prospect information.
- Participate actively in regular performance evaluations to track progress and devise strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales is required.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Chatty, motivated & dynamic personality.
- Desire to work in the US Trucking industry and have a growth mindset for a long-term career in sales;
- Comfortable on the phone, Strong email writing skills, and happy to handle objections;
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and development to enhance sales capabilities.
- Previous CRM knowledge is a plus.
