As a LeadHR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role inmanaging and overseeing the Employee File Management process. You will beresponsible for ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance ofemployee records. Your expertise in HR services will be instrumental inproviding guidance and support to the HR Services team on complex HR issuesrelated to employee file management. You will have the opportunity to impactthe organization by implementing best practices and driving continuousimprovement in the employee file management process. You will report directlyto our HR Services Manager, and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez location on a onsite work schedule.In this role, you will impact the organization by:
Managingand overseeing the Employee File Management process to ensure accuracy,confidentiality, and compliance - Developing and implementing policies andprocedures related to employee file management - Collaborating with HR businesspartners and other stakeholders to address employee file management needs -Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations - Providing guidanceand support to the HR Services team on complex HR issues related to employeefile management.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee filemanagement
- Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to address employee filemanagement needs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team on issues related to employee file management
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 yearof experience in HR, with a focus on HR services and employee file management
- Strongknowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provenability to manage and oversee employee file management processes
- Strongattention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in managing employee records in alarge organization
- Knowledge of HR systems and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
