As an Intern Customer Experience here at Honeywell, youwill be focused on EDI & SAP activities. You will work closely with ourteam to support customer experience initiatives and ensure smooth EDI and SAP operations.This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in dataanalytics, Excel, SAP and EDI tasks. You will report directly to our CustomerExperience Manager and work out of our SLP location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement ofour customer experience by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providinginsights to optimize EDI and SAP processes. Your attention to detail and stronganalytical skills will be crucial in ensuring accurate and efficientoperations
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze EDI and SAP data to identify trends and patterns
• Support the implementation and maintenance of EDI and SAPprocesses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve anyissues related to EDI and SAP activities
• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards totrack performance metrics
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhancecustomer experience
YOU MUSTHAVE
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and Excel
- Bachelors degree in IT or related
- Availability to cover full time Monday to Friday
- English fluent
• Math-logic oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
