You will ensure properdocumenting and recording of all activity and communication. You will addresssystemic coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate issue identification and analysis
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Track requests resolution
- Provide technical training
- Build relationships with customers
- Test products & software
- Develop and share knowledge
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics or related field
- English proficient
- Knowledge in valves and actuators
- Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint
- At least 5 years of experience in Tech Support
