Prepare and execute the budget for facility operations at the rep office; approve and control expenses; and ensure that the requirements are reasonable to control costs.
Manage the operations of facilities like the power supply system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system, fire extinguishing system, and security system, including change requests, lifecycle management, and supplier management and evaluation.
Manage office operations, including daily services like reception, canteen, cleaning, mailing, and security services as well as contract management. Manage and optimize workplace planning and allocation.4. Help develop and execute facility and equipment management strategies, bring in related resources, and manage the performance of integrated facility management (IFM) suppliers.
Knowledge and Skills:
5 years or more ADM area experience such as vehicle, apartment and Travel Business (Hotel, Air-tickets) is preferred.
Fluent Chinese and English.
Majors in public administration, economics, general management, sociology, information dissemination, etc. are preferred.
