About the role
We are seeking a tech-savvy Digital Designer with a keen interest in AI & Creative Automation technologies to join our team. In this role, you will create and optimize digital advertising assets-animated banners, static creatives, and more-across mobile, tablet, desktop, and e-commerce platforms. You will also be an integral part of our team, confidently challenging assumptions, articulating design solutions, and collaborating with multiple global hubs to deliver outstanding creative work.
You must come from a traditional design background and have experience using Celtra, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with an understanding of modular content for us in AI and Automation platforms/tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital advertising banners and animated content, including GIFs and static creative assets, using a combination of tools.
- Working within brand guidelines to create a variety of templates, scalable across multiple formats.
- Proactively contribute to AI-based design innovations, exploring how generative tools can optimize workflows.
- Where required Utilize AI tools to create, enhance, and optimize design assets.
- Ensure high-quality output and consistency by using cloud-based services and production workflow tools.
- Collaborate on defining workflows that integrate AI tools efficiently into the design process.
About You

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a digital production environment, preferably working with large global brands.
- Experience designing performance-driven advertising formats
- Experience automating design workflows with Creative Automation, AI or scripting tools. Celtra, Figma etc.
- Use of AI tools (e.g., Pencil, Imagen, Creatopy or other creative AI platforms) to produce or enhance design outputs is very welcome.
Key Skills
- Creative Design: Exceptional understanding of design & layouts,
- AI Integration: Some knowledge of AI tools and their potential impact on design workflows; experience with AI prompts is highly desirable.
- Design Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Technical Expertise: An understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Celtra experience is also very welcome.
- Digital Design Knowledge: Ability to design for various digital formats, including responsive ads, email banners, and landing pages.
- Problem Solving: A proven ability to address complex challenges and offer creative solutions.
Additional Requirements
- Previous experience working with complex brand guidelines and large-scale digital production projects.
- Ability to retouch artwork and adapt creative assets for different platforms and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with AI advancements in design and implement best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and production workflow tools.
- English language proficiency is essential.
