Production Management Supervisor (Plastic Injection)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our plastic injection molding department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of injection molding processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel in the plastic injection department.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within plastic injection molding.
• Strong understanding of injection molding machinery, mold setup, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work shifts and respond to urgent production needs.
• Fluent English
