We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Workplace Lead Mexico (Facilities Manager) to join our team:
- Location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
- Work model: on Site
What is your day to day?
- Manage large sites with a bespoke approach to establish stronger relationships and create an engaging experience for our employees and their guests.
- Will be part of the Facilities Management team and is the go-to-person for all workplace operations / facilities matters.
- Conduct daily site walk checklist to ensure flawless execution, look out for defects and remediate any dangerous conditions immediately
- Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are in ‘ready-to-use' condition whenever unoccupied
- Ensure office equipment is in good working condition. Otherwise, rectify immediately
- Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues (FM, Engineering, Project Mgmt.) and vendors to support the functionality of the workspace
- Ensure services are delivered within SLA's and compliant with applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Consolidate all customer issues and generate monthly report
- Receives and responds to all requests (verbal, email) or issues within one day of receipt, including a personal follow up to ensure questions / requests are answered. Urgent issues / emails to be prioritise firstn
- Skill in budget planning and cost control for workplace-related expenses
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses for workplace initiatives
Desired experience and technical skills
Experience in space planning, occupancy management, and workplace optimization.
Skill in translating business needs into effective workplace solutions.?
Knowledge of sustainable workplace practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL).
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resources effectively.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5 -10 years prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations property management, or related profession .
Fluent English
