As a member of our Quality Assurance team, your goal is to ensure that our applications work as they should and meet customers' needs. To accomplish this, you'll join one of our high-performing QA teams. You'll draw on your testing knowledge and creativity to automate test capabilities and design test and maintenance procedures. You'll also tap our existing test frameworks to tackle specific problems. We take a collaborative approach to quality, which means you'll work with experienced developers, managers and business partners across the organization. You'll receive coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback to help you become an even better technologist and professional.

Job responsibilities:

• Mapping test scenarios and defining test strategy
• Creating Automated Tests using Flexible/Open Source Frameworks
• Creating automated regression testing suite.
• Executing quality assurance tests to ensure application is working properly
• Working with local and global team of developers; operational business SMEs and users
• Deployment of global platforms adapted to the local markets in Latin America
• Operate within technology teams that progressively grow in the practice of agile development
• Creating scalable, resilient, highly available, performant systems that run 24/7
• Contribute to deliver software that is compliant with technology lifecycle management demands
• Contribute to produce software that withstands scrutiny of security reviews and risk assesments
• Platform execution that consistently meets client and market service level agreements
• Seamless interlock, engagement and collaboration with global development teams
• Automation of Dev/Ops, testing, continuous integration and deployment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 1-3+ years hands-on experience in quality assurance methodologies
• Experience with test automation.
• Experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Junit and TestNG
• Experience with Python, Selenium, Java.
• Experience in automating Cloud applications.
• Experience with Micro Services, Service Orientated Architectures and knowledge of cloud based applications and modern technologies, such as kafka and RabbitMQ
• Source code control software (e.g. Git, subversion, bitbucket), Cucumber, Selenium, UIPath, HP UFT and CI/CD
• Experience working on high throughput mission critical high performance platforms which have low error rates
• ISTQB: QA Testing fundamentals
• Fluent English
• Banking industry product knowledge

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 1-3+ years' experience as a lead quality assurance analyst
• Experience validating mission-critical applications
• Experience with Java applications
