In Telemecanique, part of YAGEO Group, we are seeking for an ORDER PROCESSING AGENT who support customers and the Sales team with order processing, general pre-sales & post-sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer's satisfaction. Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities. He or She must be undergraduate engineering degree over 3 years' experience in Sales & Support / Solution center / Technical Support / Commercial experience / SAP.
Will be responsible for:
- Phone and e-mail support.
- Use bFO data base (salesforce) to manage every order entry and orders related requests and booking orders on SAP (resolution, records and traceability).
- Provide commercial and order related information during the pre-sale stage.
- Take ownership and ensure customer satisfaction before closing the request.
- Communicate efficiently by listening and sharing information with internal and external customers.
- Understand and integrate related technologies into the way of efficiently work a digital environment around planning, innovation, operation, measuring results, interacting with customers and engaging employees, and ultimately creating differentiated business value.
- Digital Acumen relies on Internet literacy, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) literacy, media literacy and information literacy.
- Manage and to resolve customer requests and claims on due time with the relevant actors.
- Leverage product catalog, to respond to customer needs and consequently generate orders.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, applications and values.
- Focus on customer total EXPERIENCE and LIFECYCLE.
- Create a sense of win-win partnership.
