Our head of procurement manages and implements at the country level the global purchasing strategy of the Synlab group. Supplying the inventory management through the definition of policies and standardization of processes at national level, as well as the construction of sustainable alliances/relationships with national and international suppliers that allows effective negotiations.

Requirements:

• Industrial engineer; Business administration or related professional careers.
• Postgraduate studies on business; project management; negotiation.
• Experience in similar positions, leading Procurement and Planning teams.
• Knowledge in supply Chain Management; Operations; procurement; Supply direct and indirect categories.
• Management inventories and costs control complete.
• Management of SAP- Hanna S4 or R3 ERP implementation experience on Procurement and MM modules desiable Ariba.
• Health sector experience and most important in in clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities:

• Generate the strategy of the purchasing process and supplier management focusing on supply continuity, considering the Risk Map
• Plan and design the company's Purchasing Plan, establishing the monitoring management processes and financial control of the company's purchasing contracts.
• Carry out market research and purchases in scale, to ensure that the acquisition prices of reagents and supplies of the company are at competitive levels of quality, price and opportunity.
• Plan and ensure a logistics process that guarantees timely supply to all the different processes, areas and sites of the organizationevelop a long-term storage plan that guarantees compliance with current regulations. Mitigate eliminate writte-off imlementing a Proactive Planning Model to alert obsolescence
