About the Job

You'll be a part of in-house IT team comprising of Solution Leads/ Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects and Developers, reporting to Director - IT, Financial Consolidations and Management Reporting. Majority of the finance solution are/ will be embedded into SAP/S4 and SAC application which are currently distributed across SAP/S4, Regional ERP's/ECC, Essbase and HTP/HFM. The primary source of data across regions are from SAP ECC/AFS/S4 along with other regional ERP's, and therefore you're comfort level with S4/SAP, its native capabilities and options to integrate with other applications is crucial. This role requires experience working with planning and consolidations business processes, manage pipeline and engagement with various IT and business stakeholders, manage, mentor and groom a team of solution consultants involved in day-to-day application management/operation as well as strategic program implementations.

• Manage a team of mid to senior level managers, solution consultants and leads
• Create and maintain roadmap for Financial Planning and Consolidation Applications
• Engage and collaborate with IT/ Business partners and solution integrator to implement financial solutions
• Lead and facilitate requirement gathering and workshop
• Guide the team in requirement identification, design, build and support SAC Planning and Reporting
• Provide architectural and solution guidance for technology implementation
• Accountable for testing of systems and solutions to design specifications
• Ensure documentation of requirement, design/ solution, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross functional and technical team to deliver the solution
• Support testing cycles and defect fix
• Provide hyper-care and post go-live support
• Responsible for managing application support and engaging with various teams that are integral to the function/process e.g. integration applications, platform, security and technology team, change and release management, business users, etc.,
• Monitor SLAs of Incidents to ensure service levels are being met.
• Responsible for defining and maintaining FP&A and consolidations application upgrade cycles and manage/ mitigate the risks to ensure no impact to ongoing business functions

About You

• 15-20 years of experience working with financial planning, analysis and consolidation tools like SAP BPC, Essbase, Anaplan, SAC and processes.
• 10-12 years of working and managing SAP Planning and Consolidation Tools (BPC - Planning & Analysis, Consolidation and Reporting)
• 6-8 years of proven ability to manage and lead a team of 6-10
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver parallel running projects demands
• Ability to work through ambiguities in a dynamic environment
• Strong Accounting knowledge and business process understanding is required.
• Prefer candidates with CA/CPA, ICWA and/ or Master's in Accounting/Finance or its equivalent education in finance background.
• Experienced in design and implementation of financial planning and analysis tools from SAP is a must - SAC and BPC (Planning and Analysis)
• Experience in various financial planning tools and technology along with migration experience to SAC (SP Analytics Cloud) is preferred
• 3+ SAC implementation experience preferred along with 6+ SAP BPC Implementation is minimum required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain client relationships
