Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month end close and reporting as will be defined, according to the corporate timeline.
• Support plant manager with analysis, manufacturing production plans, forecast and projections accuracy.
• Responsible for preparing the annual standard cost changes in SAP.
• Analyze, understand the manufacturing cost related to the plant and product.
• Responsible for CAPEX monthly tracking and CIP controls in partnership with operations.
• Responsible for annual Budget and Monthly Forecast for OR and ONCF level.
• Maintain internal controls and highly adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Work with support Finance Corporate shared service (accounting, tax, Customs, treasury, audit).

Skills & Strengths:

• Bachelor degree in Finance and/or accounting.
• 3+ years' experience in similar position.
• Automotive MFG Industry background.
• Fully bilingual English-Spanish, German language is a plus.
• Cost accounting experience.
