Monks is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our growing team in Mexico City, focusing on our prestigious automotive client. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience within an advertising agency or a related field, with a strong preference for automotive industry experience. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the Account Director, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality social media campaigns while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple automotive social media advertising projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for integrated social media deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, operations, account management, strategy, and media, to ensure seamless project execution
- Communicate regularly with automotive clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential project risks and escalate them to the Account Director, along with proposed mitigation plans
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial objectives are met
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and best practices specific to the automotive client's needs
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with automotive stakeholders
- Stay updated with automotive industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our projects remain innovative and competitive¡
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience in an advertising agency or a related environment, with a strong preference for automotive industry experience
- Familiarity with automotive brands, particularly those known for their rugged, adventurous, and professional-grade vehicles
- Experience in managing social media campaigns and a variety of digital media
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com and/or JIRA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
