Our Client seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team in Mexico. You'll manage leads, create business visions with clients, and close contracts. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with SaaS sales experience and a track record of meeting ambitious goals. Responsibilities include managing a contact portfolio, prospecting new opportunities, conducting product presentations, and maintaining CRM data.

Description
In this pivotal role, the candidate will be tasked with handling leads from their top-tier demand generation system, crafting a business vision with clients, showcasing how their service can address client needs and achieve goals, and guiding them to contractual closure.
Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with experience in creating business cases for solution sales and selling SaaS solutions while achieving ambitious sales targets.
They seek an entrepreneurial executive who is passionate about sales and eager to make a significant impact on the company and the market. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, autonomous, self-motivated, and have a proven track record of meeting enterprise sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an existing contact portfolio.
- Create and prospect new business opportunities.
- Generate and manage effective sales meetings to close deals.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate with other departments to design solutions and business cases.
- Manage full sales cycle information in the CRM.
- Research business trends and explore new markets.
Profile
- 5 or more years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
- Negotiation skills.
- High proactivity and motivation.
- Knowledge of CRM (ideally HubSpot).
- Experience in software sales and designing complex solutions.
- Training in a technology sales methodology (Meddic, Spin, Solution Selling, or similar).
- Intermediate English level.
Relevant Degrees:
- Business Administration, International Commerce, Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
- Practical experience in the role can replace the mentioned degrees.
