The Aftersales Product Sales Planning & Parts Catalogue Sr. Specialist responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth, ultimately providing actionable insights to the Product Strategy team and management to optimize sales strategies and improve performance by creating reports, dashboards, and forecasts based on market trends and customer behavior.
This position is also responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources (Tableau, Sales Force, Business Objects, and in-house Nissan systems) to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights. Optimize, standardize, and consolidate reports for performance and usability. Implement best practices in data visualization and dashboard design. Recommending optimal inventory levels based on data analysis and managing automation systems to streamline data collection and reporting for informed decision-making.
As Part Numbers are key part of the data, this position will be responsible for keeping updated all products part numbers, descriptions, models application, part numbers standardization across systems and consolidation in one universal catalogue.
Key responsibilities may include:- Sales Forecasting and Performance analysis: Gathering and analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to generate accurate sales forecasts. Monitor sales performance, identify variances, and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Automation and Data Management: Leverage sales automation tools to collect and analyze sales data
- develop dashboards for key sales and inventory metrics and enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Dealer Support and Product optimization: Address Nissan-Infiniti dealers concern regarding second line and remanufactured parts, collaborating with Product Planning & Development Team to get the optimal solutions and customer service.
- Inventory & Stock Level Optimization: Recommend optimal inventory and initial stock levels for each product line to ensure efficiency and availability.
- Parts Catalogue management: Develop and maintain a standardized parts catalogue for second-line products and remanufactured products.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business analytics, Applied Science in Data Analytics, Actuary or related.
Experience: minimum 2 years of experience working in
sales forecasting, data analytics,
data automation and
dashboard development.Experience of process documentation, standards, and policies
Computer skills:Must: Proficient in MS
Excel and
TableauKnowledge of project management tools
Proficiency in
data visualization tools and reporting software
Language: Advanced English - Reports to Nissan North America - fluent speaking, reading, and writing.
