This position is responsible to solve quality issues at field according to customer specific requirements and quality manuals to reduce cost impacts and lost of company image and document actions to inform the customer.
Main activities/responsabilities:
Coordinate warranty team to achieve analysis of guarantee returns.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure the implementation of corrective actions and prevent recurrences.
Prepare results reports to present when required and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the warranty area budget to provide the necessary resources and tools for the warranty team without exceeding the allocated budget.
Establish work strategies to ensure follow-up of relevant investigations requested by the client.
Ensure effective communication in all directions to maintain team productivity.
Update management system standards to ensure the functioning of the management system.
REQUISITOS MINIMOS:
Requirements:
Engineering degree.
English (advanced).
Staff management.
At least 3 years i warranty management system (indispensable).
At least 3 years in automotive industry.
At least 3 years in quality management system.
Skills:
Good communication.
Results presentation.
Statistical skills.
Personnel management and conflict management.
Budget management.
Preferred knowledge:
Electrical circuits.
