What You Will Do:

? Provide technical support and act as a liaison between customers and our engineering team.

? Identify and develop fastening solutions tailored to customer applications.

? Collaborate on the design and validation of new products using CAD tools.

? Coordinate product testing and manufacturing feasibility reviews.

? Support customers on-site and participate in industry trade shows.

What We Are Looking For:

?? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Material Science).

?? At least 1 year of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Automotive industry preferred).

?? Strong ability to build relationships with engineering teams.

?? Conversational English proficiency.

?? Knowledge of CAD (preferably Creo) and Microsoft Office Suite.

?? Willingness to travel domestically (up to 50%) and internationally (<10%).
