The Jr IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing technology projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring that IT solutions meet the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT infrastructures, experience managing technology projects, and leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Functions

• Design, implement, and oversee integrated management systems
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Identify and mitigate process-related risks.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Manage team training.
• Resolve technical questions and incidents

Key Skills

• Demonstrated experience as an IT coordinator or in a similar position for 3 to 5 years.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ServiceNow, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Leadership skills
• Analytical skills in data interpretation and charting
• Effective communication
• Change management to implement and oversee policies and processes
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills

Certifications

ITIL or PMI. If you don't have these certifications, you should have an understanding of what they cover.
