This role

The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the seamless integration, optimization, and effective utilization of the sales CRM and its integrations with other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects that impact topline / bottomline metrics, presenting outcomes to the leadership.
• Build scalable tools and processes for global Sales and Operations teams.
• Build relationships with Sales and Operations leaders across geographies to implement change management through new tool and process implementation, in order to improve sales metrics.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in sales processes and metrics and configuring sales CRM systems (zoho preferable)
• Problem solver and prioritization skills to direct your own efforts
• Ability to communicate efficiently with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams
• Proactive mindset
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
