Your Impact
As Logitics Transport Planner
your functions would consist of dispatch daily routing using specialized routing
- Communicate daily with locations to coordinate specific customer delivery needs and routing solution effectiveness for 20% tail of schedule daily
- Ensure routing solution complies with DOT hour regulations as required
- Ensure routing solution achieves location productivity targets for hours, stops, and cases & SOPs for level of changes
- Handle Internal employee interactions in a professional manner
- Responsible for regular score-carding (daily and weekly/internal)
- Raise issues and risks to local team when identifying unbalanced growth on a certain area to input request for the strategic routing team to perform an optimization.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management
- 2+ years of experience in planning, supply chain or support in supply chain for commercial areas
- Advanced English
- Abstract and mathematical reasoning (understand business drivers, influence metrics)
- Ability to self-manage to plan and meet a daily agenda
- Leadership competencies: Eager to develop talent, provides clarity on objectives, forward thinking and decision making
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Previous experience in supply chain roles or where there was a focus on delivering solutions to optimize resources based on constrains Organize
