- Objectives:
To assure Interntional trade compliance for USMCA operations
To define standard for Customs operations for customs brokers, MX, USA and CAN
To manage Annex 24 balances
To manage IMMEX, CIVA and PROSEC (renewal, requirements, notifications, yearly reports, VUCEM, etc.)
To manage database for Finisehd goods and Raw material classification
To manage and control daily operation in customs (opening-close of pedimentos, entries in Annex 24 software)
Process Management:
- Drive standardization for customs operation (opening, close, annex 24 recordance, validation of data -HTSs, UOM, COO, balances, etc)
- Drive standardization for customs paperwork (layouts, system communication, database vigilance, MRP generated documents, etc)
- Manage Annex 24 balances assuring accurate feed of sofware (catalogs, scrap, receipts, exports) timely discharge of Raw materials)
- Drive savings strategies through the implementation of Foreign trade promotion programs, Free trade agreements benefits and any other applicable benefit
- Management of customs operation and communication with Customs Brokers, MX, USA and CAN

Epicor, ISO9001, IATF16949, CTPAT
Office
Advanced Excel
Customs and Foreign Trade Legislation, USMCA benefits and rules
Knowledge of "despacho aduanero" for Sea, air and "Border" customs
Dealing with customs broker and transportation providers
Negotiation skills
Proofed savings driving experience
Advanced English

10 years of experience in automotive industry
2 years of experience in similar position
3 years of experience in International Trade related positions
3 years of experience in "despacho aduanero"
