We are looking for a Coordinator Maintenance join our Maintenance team. Based in Tetla - Mexico.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the TL 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 (comprehensive management system) 6S, LEAN and SIGMA SOS systems, monitoring and promoting their application and observance throughout the Company, in order to align all activities carried out with its Organizational Culture.
Identify, Plan and Control any initiative that promotes continuous improvement in any of the key business indicators related to maintenance; coordinating activities that allow increasing productivity for the business, the performance of the machines, reducing unproductive times, making costs and expenses related to the area of maintenance and services of the equipment related to it more efficient.Design strategies together with manufacturing management to establish alliances with other departments to strengthen the business.
Direct the activities of all areas under your responsibility: Preventive, Corrective, Lubrication, Predictive, Electronic Maintenance and Improvement Projects to make the output of the machines more efficient, as well as the Administration of the Spare Parts Warehouse to ensure that the Machinery is in reliable conditions. and optimal for manufacturing, and that the delivery of the manufactured cables always meets or exceeds the customers' requirements; coordinating plans, work programs and managing assigned resources to achieve established objectives.
Manage maintenance personnel, coordinating all activities that allow maintaining a healthy relationship with all departments, with the union and its members; thus achieving, aligning the activities that they are responsible for with the interests of the organization.Coordinate the structure and methodology to educate and train all personnel involved in the maintenance of the Company.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor of Engineering; either: Mechanics // Electromechanics // Mechanical Mechanics / Industrial Mechanics // Electronic.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions
Language: Intermediate/advanced English
Office (Word, Excel, Power Point): advanced (required)
TPM/ RCM/ Lean Manufacturing Methodology, etc.
Technical knowledge: industrial mechanics and electricity, industrial pneumatics and hydraulics. Advanced level automation systems (PLC's, Drives, Motion Control, closed loops, etc.). Instrumentation and metrology. DC and AC electric motors. Reading, interpretation and development of electrical and mechanical plans. Logistics and warehouse management.
