You will work with client's designated program administrator to provide quality service and support to ensure service solutions meet business customer needs in all financial care competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effective win - win negotiation on overdue account payments. Deliver exceptional customer service and billing assistance.
- Listen, respond, and resolve consistently on every call throughout your shift.
- Be comfortable using a personal computer to take notes and research billing questions while engaging with customers on the phone.
- Identify growth opportunities for our business customers, seamlessly integrating additional lines or services into customer accounts to bolster their business expansion.
- Deepen customer understanding through effective communication, empathy, and by thoroughly addressing their needs, ensuring personalized solutions are not just offered but tailored.
- Gain proficiency in a variety of offerings, including Telephone Services, hotspots, wireless devices, Internet solutions, and business systems.
- Specialize in enhancing customer plans through upgrades, package modifications, and the introduction of new services.
- Ability to create a sense of urgency on our customers to help them get current on their accounts.
- Ability to multi-task; using a computer while wearing a telephone headset, evaluate and offer different payment options for our customers. Take notes and create rapport with customers at the same time.
- Build relationships and provide excellent customer service in all different interactions.
What We Look For:
- Advanced Conversational English to converse seamlessly with U.S. customers.
- Personal Computer experience with Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Ability to work in the office 100% of the time .
- At least 1 year of sales, collections or Customer Service experience with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Availability to train and work 40 hours across 5 days of the week within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, with two days off, accommodating Daylight Saving Time and holidays.

- Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,200-23,000 (before Taxes)
