About the Role

As an Assistant Finance Settlement, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless agent settlements across the Americas. From managing financial operations to collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you'll tackle diverse and meaningful projects like:

• Rolling out Smart Safe installations.
• Supporting agents with top-notch customer service.
• Working with banking partners to resolve and manage solutions.
• Improving processes for inventory management.
• Analyzing and reconciling financial transactions.

What We're Looking For

We need a motivated, team-driven individual with:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of finance principles or bookkeeping procedures.
• Experience in the money transfer industry is a plus!
• Completed college coursework is preferred.
